Built in 1892, The Equitable Building is a national historical landmark showcasing Italian Renaissance Revival architecture.

Its interiors feature grand arches and bronze staircases adorned with mosaic tiles, four types of marble, and Tiffany stained glass windows.

The building served as a cornerstone of the "Wall Street of the Rockies" and has been home to The First National Bank of Denver, the first Denver Women's Bank, the Colorado Governor's Office, and has a storied history of booms, busts, murders, and hauntings.
