Its interiors feature grand arches and bronze staircases adorned with mosaic tiles, four types of marble, and Tiffany stained glass windows.


The building served as a cornerstone of the "Wall Street of the Rockies" and has been home to The First National Bank of Denver, the first Denver Women's Bank, the Colorado Governor's Office, and has a storied history of booms, busts, murders, and hauntings.
